Table Tennis 60 Minutes Practice
I have done the Table Tennis practice for hours at a time, but I found myself if I did a 2 hour + practice session I wouldn’t practice the next day so it would be as if I only practice for 1 hour everyday total for the week.
My idea is do to as much hitting of the ball as I can in that hour until I can build up my fitness to do more.
My goal is to improve my Ping Pong skills not to practice for endless hours each day.
