Squats Challenge Week 4
My goal is to get back to my max squat within 4 weeks & this is my last week of my challenge.

This is what I did for my last week.

Warm up set with only the 45 pounds barbell for 10 reps.

Set 1. 115 pounds for 5 reps

Set 2. 135 pounds for 5 reps

Set 3. 155 pounds for 5 reps

Set 4. 185 pounds for 5 reps

Set 5. 205 pounds for 5 reps my max was 200 pounds I achieved my goal late week using my back belt but this week I did without any aids.

Set 6. 225 pounds for 1 reps I learn alot by lifting more weight than I have done before because I learned that I must build up my traps & back to do more weight on squats.

Set 7. 225 pounds for 2 reps Again I must build up my traps & back because that my weak shot when doing squats.
