My Breakfast Recipes

I like to cook but in the morning where I only get limited time to make food & eat it plus anything else I need to do.

My breakfast recipes are really simple to make. Please give me feedback & if you have any breakfast recipes please share them.

 

Oatmeal & fruits 

I like Oatmeal because it’s quick & easy to make plus if you make it right it taste like cereal

1 service of oatmeal
I used water but if you want more taste add no-fat milk
I add little cinnamon because cinnamon is add taste with little calories

most of the time I just cut up 1 banana & nothing else because it make it quick & easy

Cost is about $1 or less

Time it take to make is about 3 minutes because put oatmeal in a microwave for 1 minute or 2. Cut up a fruits is where it can eat up time that why I only eat 1 banana.

 

Protein drink & oatmeal

it doesn’t look so good but taste awesome!

1 service of oatmeal
I add little cinnamon

1 service of protein powder mix with little water to make it thick

I mix the thick protein drink with the oatmeal to create a taste protein oatmeal that I can eat without adding extra sugar & cream to it.

Cost is about $5 to $1 it’s based on the protein powder you used, I use low cost protein powder that is $0.75 per service here’s my link
