Deadlifts Challenge Week 4

My goal is to lift my max weight on deadlift, squat, bench press in 4 weeks from not weight training for over an year this is the last week of my challenge.

Warm up with just the barbell for 10 reps

Set 1. 115 pounds for 5 reps

Set 2. 135 pounds for 5 reps

Set 3. 155 pounds for 5 reps

Set 4. 175 pounds for 5 reps using the hook grip

Set 5. 185 pounds for 5 reps using the hook grip

I rested for 8 minutes before the 6 set because I did the inversion table to help my back feel better.

Set 6. 200 pounds for 5 using wrist aid

I achieved my goal of lifting my max deadlift.
