Deadlift Challenge Week 3
Warm up set with just the barbell 45 pounds x 10 rep
Set 1. 95 pounds x 5 reps
Set 2. 115 pounds x 5 reps
Set 3. 135 pounds x 5 reps
Set 4. 155 pounds x 5 reps
Set 5. 165 pounds x 5 reps using hook grip
Set 6. 175 pounds x 5 reps using wrist wraps
Set 7. 185 pounds x 5 reps using wrist wraps
Set 8. 200 pounds using back belt & wrist wraps + hook grip.

I was planning to do 10 sets but I hit my goal on Set 8 & I felt like I would hurt myself if I tried to do 2 more sets.
