DAY 2 Dorian Howell 4 Weeks Challenge

4 weeks Fitness Challenge

My goal is to inspire others that’s why I’m doing this massive challenge it also will help me get in better shape.

It’s an massive challenge because right now I can only squat 115lb & in 3 weeks I’ll squat 200lb!

This will be a test on my muscle memory because I have squated, Deadlift more than 200lb before.

Here’s my outline of what I’m going to do.
