Bench Press Tips

  1. When lowering down the weights make sure to keep your elbows close to your body.
  2. When lowering down the weights never bring your elbows pass your body. (note an easy fix is doing all your Bench Press & Chest Flys on the floor.)
  3. Make sure to do an full warm up before using a lot of weight because you can hurt yourself & also you will be able to do more with an full warm up first.

  2. Deep Stretch in the Pectoralis major & Pectoralis minor

Chest Fly Tips

  1. Make sure to do an full warm up before using a lot of weight because you can hurt yourself & also you will be able to do more with an full warm up first.
  2. Keep your elbows slightly bent

  1. When first starting out you most likely won’t be able to do a lot of push-ups & that is normal just do what you can.
