Set 1. 75 pounds for 5 reps

Set 2. 115 pounds for 5 reps

Set 3. 135 pounds for 5 reps

Set 4. 145 pounds for 5 reps

Set 5. 155 pounds for 5 reps

Stretches after was Chest, Shoulder, Triceps & Neck
