Bench Press Challenge Week 3 or Part 3

Warm up set with just the 45 pounds barbell

Set 1. 75 pounds x 5 reps

Set 2. 95 pounds x 5 reps

Set 3. 115 pounds x 5 reps

Set 4. 135 pounds x 5 reps

Set 5. 155 pounds x 2 reps
